Farmer Audrey is an intellectual powerhouse and lifelong learner. She brings insatiable curiosity to her role as Assistant Farm Manager(2025-2026), curiosity served her well as an Apprentice at Long Table in 2021-2022. Audrey oversees the PYO herb and flower gardens and the microgreens. When not farming Audrey enjoys writing, reading, exploring nature and many musical pursuits.
